Imagine One Love Music Festival tickets are non-refundable due to acts of nature. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation, tickets will be honored at the next scheduled festival. Thank you for your understanding and support.”

By accessing and using the Imagine One Love website (referred to as the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). Please review these carefully. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to each customer or Site visitor, while “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Imagine One Love.

1. Eligibility and Contractual Agreement

By using the Site and Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.

We offer a 72-hour inspection and satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with your legal document(s) or have entered incorrect information, please contact us within 72 hours for a possible correction or refund. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
